Yum Cha trip

Yum Cha !! -- Eating Episode 1

Yum Cha Restaurant, located in the heart of Chinatown ( This is how their tagline goes). They have this so called ' High Tea Buffet' which u pay S$16.8 + GST + Sevice charge ~ S$19.80 ( is quite expensive but worth) and then u can eat watever u can from the menu listed, from 3.00-5.30pm!

And so, i n CS wanna treat our stomachs a more delighting meal, a once-a-blue moon dining out. So, on Friday, we deliberately skipped the lunch to save for the buffet. I even listed out before gg to the restaurant wat to eat and wat not. Before describing, post a few pics of the Dim Sum

Not only that, we list down wat we have eaten, only until we guess the price has over the buffet price and our stomachs cannot fill any dim sum more, we stop eating. I know I'm calculatve, coz i even calculate how much we have eaten =). This is how the list goes!

1) Steamed Pork Ribs with bean sauce 蒸排骨 x2 ~ $4 each - ** must try
2) Xiao Long Bao ** must try
3) Steamed chicken claw
4)Dumpling
5)Siew Mai
6)'Chang fen'
7) Boiled soup
8)Custard roll
8) Egg tart - **must try
9)Fried soft shell crabs x 2 ( coz listed price is $8 each, so must eat a lot )
10)Crispy banana with red bean
11)Sesame BBQ pork pastry
12) mango pudding

Apparently, i think we should have eaten over the buffet price la. Emm, i would rate 8/10 for the dim sum; 5/10 for the service. Not really good service, the food we called only come after half n hr. And i overheard a waitress telling her fren not to give so much ( since is a buffet) to a foreigner who came alone, since they assume he wouldn't be able to finish it.

Dim sum~ Nice... Ann zai, Zuan zai, next time drag Jie jie along with papa mami n we go there again !!
